**Bolt Security Guard Services is looking for a dedicated, experienced Security Officer in Charge for a luxury gatehouse.**

**$19.00 per hour Tuesday - Saturday 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.**

Skills Required: Gatehouse is manned with access control, OIC oversees the scheduling of the staff and the gate access into the community, including training all security guards for a daily operations.
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, comprehend, write and speak English.
- Previous security / law enforcement experience required
- Should be customer-service driven. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy along with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with co-workers and the public. Required to investigate and write reports.
- Exercise good judgment and implement instructions.
- Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures.
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance.
- Ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
- Experienced or ability to learn policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and well organized.
- Professional appearance
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times.

**Other Requirements**:

- Must have and maintain a valid Arizona Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Unexpired Unarmed Security Guard Card issued by DPS
- Cell phone for business use
- Must be 21 years of age

- AZ Unarmed Guard License (required)
