Responsibilities:
Must be self employed and have insurance.
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on condominium property
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and make necessary repairs
- Install, repair, and replace some siding, and window sills as needed, do power washing, etc.
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Some gardening work required.
A van or truck would be a plus

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
- May have some manual labor and lift heavy objects if required
