**BARTENDER**

We are looking to hire enthusiastic bartenders with a knack for customer service. Our **Bartenders** are responsible for making beer suggestions from our 16 house beers on tap, efficiently preparing featured cocktails according to recipe, along with keeping the bar clean and well organized. We take pride in providing a welcoming and memorable experience starting with bartenders as the face of our brewery. This role has potential for growth as we expand with a kitchen this Summer.

**Here’s what we’re looking for from you**:

- Knowledge of craft beer (bonus for knowledge of the brewing process)
- Self-driven personality and ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills to work together as a team
- Maintain a clean workspace and bar
- Attention to detail to provide superior customer service
- Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, especially weekends
- Able to move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- 2 years of Server/Bartender experience (especially at a brewery)
- Highly motivated, responsible and trustworthy
- Excellent people skills with a customer-oriented approach
- BASSET Certified (or able to obtain certification)
- Food Handler Certified (or able to obtain certification)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.50 - $36.00 per hour
