Duties Include:

- Provide services to existing customers in response to requests made through the Customer Care Portal
- Work both independently and collaboratively within project team(s) to meet customer-defined success criteria, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed individual and team revenue and service goals
- Accomplish tasks within projector task budget and timeline
- Identify opportunities for new or existing clients -follow-up with customers to promote new work and maintain connection
- Assist with sales process and project management as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Education / Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting, business operations, consulting, or a related setting
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CPA designation and/or managerial experience, a plus
- Sage Intacct experience, a plus

Professional / Technical Knowledge:

- Ability to develop a deep understanding of business software Cargas sells or re-sells (including Sage Intacct and related products)
- Strong skills in business consulting, including analysis related to business process, business systems, and technology supporting these processes and systems
- Strong skills in training
- Project management skills; preferred-trouble shooting skills in dealing with software functionality issues
- Experience with financial or other business reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
- Ability to read, write, understand and speak English fluently
