**Job Description**:
As a Shower and Bathtub Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for selling our range of shower and bathtub products, meeting, and exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full commission outside sales opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our shower and bathtub product line to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers, addressing any questions and presenting solutions to their needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers all while asking for the business.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the bathroom field or home improvement industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments.

How to Apply:
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

- Driver's License (required)
