Overview:
We are seeking _a RELIABLE _and _COMPASSIONATE _individual to join our family, at Samaritans At Last. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need of support with daily activities and personal care. Client lives in King of Prussia area, Vehicle is not a must but highly recommended.

Schedule:

- Thurs 7PM overnight to Mon 7PM
- Tues 7AM - 7PM
- Thursday through Monday shift may be split between 1-3 caregivers, depending on availability.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders if needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help clients with mobility issues and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Support individuals with dementia care or other illnesses
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

**Requirements**:

- Hoyer lift experience
- Prior experience in caregiving or related fields preferred
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and demonstrate empathy
- Proficiency in assisting with ADLs
- Capability to handle physical demands including heavy lifting and assisting with mobility
- Familiarity with social work systems and protocols for providing quality care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift

Work Location: In person
