**Sun State International Trucks** is currently seeking and experienced **Core Administrator** at our Dealership in **Davenport, Florida**. The Core Administrator will be responsible for managing the core return process.

**Required Education, Licenses, and Skills**:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of Parts Inventory Experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience
- Intermediate Computer Skills; including Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able to Meet the Physical Requirements of the position

**Core Administrator Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Receive and Inspect all cores in a timely manner
- Follow procedures to Tag, Photograph and return failed warranty parts
- Coordinate all shipments and Core return to vendors
- Process all Core credits to customers

- The employee must have manual dexterity sufficient to work with hands and fingers
- Visual requirements include, close vision and ability to adjust focus
