- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions using the Toast POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Follow all safety and health regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Server/Cashier is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is required
- Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with both guests and colleagues

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop and reach

License/Certification:

- Food Handlers Certification (required)
