Companions, an Homemaker's Duties include:
**Qualifications**:

- Caregiving experience is required
- Experience in assisted living, ADLs, patient care, nursing home environment, working with people with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's care, direct support, senior care, hospice care, and monitoring vital signs is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid, cleaning, EMR systems, driving, childcare, nursing, HIPAA regulations, working with people with autism, heavy lifting, and understanding residents' rights is beneficial

**Work on agency Supervisor's instructions**

**Accompany clients to doctors' appointments**

**Assist with daily living activities: Eating, Bathing, Grooming. Dressing, Transferring, Continence.**

**Instrumental activities of daily living: Managing money, Telephoning, Preparing meals, Laundry, House work, Out-side home.**

**Following the Plan of Care.**

**Periodic monitor of vitals.**

**Experience**:

- Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)
