_**Innovative Machining is hiring for a Vertical Mill Machinist-2nd Shift**_

- **Experience/Skill Requirements**:_
- _1-3 years of relevant experience in a metal manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required. We do offer strong continuous on the job training._
- _Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)._
- _Strong understanding of machining principles, tool selection, and cutting parameters._
- _Familiarity with CNC controls and programming._
- _Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes_
- **Hours**_:_
- _**2nd Shift**:_ _(3/12's), Monday-Wednesday, 3 pm to 3 am._
- **2nd Shift: Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.**_
- **Pay Rate**_:_
- _$22/hr. - $34.00/hr., base pay will be determined by years of experience._
- _$2nd Shift:$1.50/hr. shift premium._
- _Overtime is available depending on work load._
