Rough Framing to Finish Carpentry

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. responsible for completing high-quality craftsmanship. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Duties**:

- Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Repair and patch damaged surfaces as needed
- Install and repair metal stud framing
- Perform carpentry tasks, such as framing and trim work
- Assist with metal building erection and installation
- Collaborate with construction management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in finish carpentry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
following project specifications
- Ability to operate power tools and other equipment safely
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship skills

Expected hours: 8 per week
