**Job Summary**

**Duties and responsibilities**

Some of their typical duties and responsibilities may include:

- Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives to deliver high-quality, innovative, and impactful work.
- Develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to translate business objectives into creative concepts and strategies.
- Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our creative work to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members to foster their growth and development.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers, as needed, to support creative projects.
- Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for creative excellence and maintaining brand integrity in all creative outputs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5 years) working as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role within a creative agency or in-house creative team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across various mediums, including print, digital and video.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design and video editing tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation and creativity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, with commitment to continuous learning and development.
