Phlebotomist

We have an immediate full-time opening at our Ashburn Center for an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team of specialists. We provide paid training on our cutting-edge treatment protocols, excellent compensation (including a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off).

The Phlebotomists support improved health and vitality of clients by performing a variety of duties as part of client care. They work under the supervision of doctors, nurse practitioners, and/or specialists to assist in the delivery of various integrative health and wellness services outlined in individual client programs. Due to the complexity of our procedures, we require 1-2 years of experience (beyond externships) in blood draws and related medical procedures.

**Phlebotomist Knowledge, Skills & Experience Requirements**
- College degree preferred; Certification or Training Program in Phlebotomy or Nursing required.
- Working knowledge and recent experience of all basic medical treatments, including taking blood, prepping patients, etc..
- Experience in patient triage, recordkeeping, and related administrative duties required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Phlebotomy experience in a medical practice or related environment required.
- Prior experience in integrative health preferred.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays as required.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- EMR systems: 1 year (preferred)
- Phlebotomy: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- BLS Certification (preferred)
