We're adding to our team We are seeking a **Project Administrator** to support the documentation and reporting aspects of our engineering projects.

**You will**:

- Administer project setup, accounting, purchasing, budgeting, planning, maintenance, and closeout within our ERP system.
- Process business system paperwork, orders / invoices, and obtain appropriate review per company operating standards.
- Work cooperatively with engineering, management, finance, and vendors and customers.
- Create Project Invoices, and send to customer, or enter into customer portal.
- Issue and receive subcontractor PO's and create packing slips when needed.
- Approve timesheets and expenses if required and assist with time and expense corrections.
- Assist with collections efforts as needed for project invoices.
- Assist with any corporate or customer audit requests.
- Assist with any safety admin duties needed.
- Maintain records for proposals and projects.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary technical, financial, and commercial information.
- Participate in activity planning and tracking.
- Gather and summarize data to support orders, budget, and schedule forecasting for projects.

**You have**:

- Associates degree in a business or technical field or equivalent knowledge.
- 4+ years of related experience in a project engineering or services environment.
- Complete project setup experience within an ERP.
- Experience in the use of office automation equipment, business systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong Excel experience.
- Proven success in corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
- Intacct experience a huge plus.
- A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.
