Exercise Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Exercise Specialist to join our team. As an Exercise Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing exercise programs for individuals as directed by therapists. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their exercise programs as needed in consultation with therapist

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with body mechanics and proper form during exercise
- Experience in personal training or group fitness instruction
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and motivate clients

This is a paid position with competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 37 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends

Ability to Relocate:

- Pikesville, MD 21208: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
