Baker (Lamination/production)

Job Summary:
We are a small but high quality artisan bakery servicing select Farmer's Markets and looking to hire a skilled and passionate baker for lamination and shaping of viennoiseries.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Must be able to work overnight Monday or Tuesday from 3 or 4am**:

- **Responsible for laminating, cutting/shaping croissants and Danishes.**:

- Ability to work efficiently and have attention to detail
- Be organized
- Good communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Ability to stand on feet for long hours
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out the trash, etc
- Reliable
- Must have food Handler’s Certification
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Must have 1 year experience with lamination and baking.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
