- Schedule and confirm client appointments.
- Greet clients politely upon arrival, provide and review intake forms.
- Collect and enter demographic and insurance information.
- Communicate with outside facilities to obtain records, follow up as needed.
- Collect and enter payments.
- Manage confidential client files.
- Submit electronic laboratory requests.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Process lab samples.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Computer knowledge, Microsoft word, EMR, gmail.
- 3 days weekly 17 - 20 hours weekly. Potential to transition to full time position.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 17 - 20 per week
