**Job description**:
This is a Seasonal opportunity with the potential to stay on after our Peak Season has ended.

**Load-out times.**

Wave1 - Box Truck/Helper

Wave2 - 1st wave of Vans

Wave3 - 2nd wave of Vans

**Schedules**:
4-Days a week for Full Time

**Salary**:
$17.50/hr. - Helper

$19.50/hr. - Van

$100 Referral bonus (referred must work min. 90 days)

**Description**:
Customer-obsessed, hardworking drivers are needed to deliver oversized packages All drivers are supplied with uniforms and use branded box trucks or vans. No CDL is necessary. Local box truck and van routes. Work in teams of two for box truck routes or one for van routes to deliver packages. Prior delivery driving experience is preferred but not needed—excellent pay & benefits. Flexible schedule. Career growth opportunities.

**This is an opportunity to cross-train between Box Truck Driver, Helper, and Van Driver roles**

**General Responsibilities**:
The driver’s primary goal is Prompt, Safe, & Accurate Delivery.
- You will have to use a commercial vehicle.
- Follow all written and verbal instructions from supervisors to ensure the abovementioned goal is consistently met.
- Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles; follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies.
- Successfully deliver and install products at customer’s home/Complete Unified Delivery Service training.
- Supply excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions.
- Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages 50lbs or larger with aid; get in and out of a box truck repeatedly throughout the day at various locations.
- Communicate effectively with the team to supply exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
- Use smartphone and other devices for GPS navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members.
- Load and unload packages in a box truck with the help.
- Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need help with their routes.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have held a state driver’s license for at least two years.
- Must have a clean motor vehicle record. (Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a 4-panel DOT Drug Screening
- Must have good English language skills
- speaking, reading, and writing.
- Must complete onboarding and training through third-party qualifications test.

**Preferred**:

- Earlier delivery experience (e.g., Postmates, DoorDash, Flex, etc.)
- Previous transportation experience (e.g., Uber, Lyft, etc.)
- Bilingual
