Our goal at Oaks Psychological Services is to provide accessible, quality mental health services to the community. We are in network with many of the major insurance companies to help make therapy accessible to our clients and offer in person and virtual therapy options.

Oaks Psychological Services, Inc is currently seeking a passionate and responsible Associate Mental Health Therapist (Associate Social Worker (ASW) or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC)) who is eager to provide psychotherapy to the Conejo Valley community. We have a beautiful office space in Westlake Village, competitive pay with the opportunity for bonuses and health insurance benefits for full time employees (25 client hours a week).

Oaks Psychological Services was started by Dr. Danielle Harris, an LMFT and Clinical Psychologist who wants to create the type of working environment she wishes she worked in. One that is supportive of the needs of a clinician so clinicians can focus on helping clients and their families get the best possible outcomes.

About The Role
- Full time employees will have a caseload of 25 sessions per week.
- Must manage your weekly schedule with clients, which provides flexibility for both the client and therapist.
- Applicants who have a separate private practice, or are a part of another group practice are not a good fit. We are willing to teach you how to set up your own private practice
- OPS will handle your office space, billing, credentialing, and malpractice insurance.

Work Location

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or similar
- Must be registered as ASW, AMFT, or APCC
- Must have excellent communication, collaboration, and punctuality
- Experience with Trauma, Adults, children, families ideal
- CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR training preferred
- Experience BIPOC populations, individuals from diverse SES and cultural backgrounds preferred
