Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist's responsibilities include the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system, and charging for services performed. Other responsibilities include inventory management, daily cleaning duties, and room resetting. This is a very fast-paced job at times and requires the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.

**Compensation**:
$15 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct
- Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information

**Qualifications**:

- Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
- 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
