Alarm Installation Technician

**$1,000.00 Signing Bonus**

Industry Experience is REQUIRED.

Position Summary: Repair, replacement, installation, inspection and maintenance service for all company alarm systems.

Dial is looking to hire a handful of experienced technicians who have knowledge in this industry. A minimum of 2 years of experience is necessary. Relevant experience is a must, and experience with DMP adds more value.

Install and service new and existing alarm, access control, IP Surveillance, Fire, systems in Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles Counties. Join our team, and help be apart of the DIal Difference

Job Duties: Establish positive contact with the customer. Investigate the cause of alarm malfunction. Explain service to the customer. Service system in a timely manner and to company standards. Process necessary documentation.Provide on-call services as scheduled All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:* 1-5 years alarm installation or service experience required.* Basic knowledge of electronic theory required.* Demonstrated aptitude or ability to use hand tools required.* Make decisions requiring interpretation within the confines of company policy and procedure.* Valid CDL required.* Good written and verbal communication skills.* Good interpersonal skills.* Thorough knowledge of construction and electrical wiring required.* Demonstrated proficiency with access control systems required.* Thorough knowledge of all company product line required.* Demonstrated ability to program control panels required.* Demonstrated ability to install, service, test, and inspect Honeywell and DMP systemsFinal applicant must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

**Signing Bonus will be paid in 2 increments of $500.00. First installment is paid at 3 months of consistent work and attendance while second installment is paid at 6 months o f consistent work and attendance.

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
