**Restaurant Manager**

Job Overview: Dripped Birria is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fast Casual Restaurant Manager for Midtown/South west location to lead our dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fast casual restaurant, including staff management, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and overall operations. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, food presentation, speed and accuracy.
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
- Ensure that all employees follow health and safety standards and follow all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant personnel, including servers, kitchen staff, and other team members
- Adopt and implement company operational strategies and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Optimize customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Create and enforce restaurant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities to increase restaurant visibility and attract new customers
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the fast casual dining sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial aspects of a restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
