Semper Solr, a veteran-owned solar company based in Illinois, is seeking a talented and motivated Solar Consultant to join our innovative team.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer experience, educating and explaining the benefits of solar energy to our potential customers.

**Compensation**:
$87,000 - $124,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Maximize our customer experience by presenting and educating our customers on the benefits of solar
- Collaborate with our Solar consultants and executives to implement better ideas and feedback
- Present to our potential customers how solar works without selling anything
- Provide excellent customer service by utilizing customer service experience and ensuring compliance with US work authorization requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- High school diploma; some college is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
