**Avidd Community Services of New Jersey, Inc **proudly serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Morris, Bergen, Warren and Somerset Counties.

**What We Are Looking For?**

**Seeking 1-2 Part Time Job Coach/Employment Specialist.**

We are currently hiring for our Transition Program serving individuals 14-21 years of age with developmental disabilities**.**

**Must be able to work 3-4 days a week in the afternoon/ evening with Saturdays included.**

**Must be willing to travel to Bergen and Morris Counties.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Lead Student Intern Workshops using Avidd Pre-ETS curriculum.**:

- **Monitor student interns work schedules and timesheets.**:

- **Worksite development and liaison between Avidd and community employers.**:

- **Liaison for student, guardian and employer.**:

- **Documentation of services.**:

- **Assisting student with transportation needs.**:

- **Schedule flexibility is a must, required evening or weekend hours based on program's needs.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum Associates Degree in Human Services related field from an accredited college.**:

- **Three years experience working with the DDD population.**:

- **Bogg Center Employee Specialist Foundation Trainings required within 90 days of hire.**:

- **Understanding of DVRS and Pre-Employment Transition Services preferred.**:

- **Experience with transition aged 14-21 years old. Youth a plus.**
