The overall objective of the department in which this position works is:
To be a high-performance customer driven department. To provide excellent service in the replenishing of stocks, fulfillment of orders, and shipping for all customers. Ensure product is properly returned from events and AE returns and assist in special marketing project work. Our goal is to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and quality.
The major function of this position is:
Properly package all types of customer orders, process event and AE returns, and provide excellent customer service.
The primary responsibilities and essential duties of this position are:
- Accurately and efficiently pack and label all Key, Core, Web, DC, Dropship, AE, and event orders.- Pull cases and pack according to requirements in packaging reference guide and case chart.- Utilize RFID technology to scan all orders with trifold cases.- Process all incoming event and AE returns from Corporate Gifts, Retail, Golf, Sponsorship, Jimmy/Zeal mobile units, and Trade Shows.- Inspect sunglasses and POP items for imperfections and determine how to properly restock.- Prepare returned sunglasses for restocking.- Maintain organized processing area- Work on special projects and support functions throughout the distribution center.- Maintain at least minimum production and accuracy standards as set by department.
Other Duties:
- Communicate ideas to supervisor and team to ensure department is moving toward goals.- Communicate job flow to team lead/supervisor and work independently.- Present flexibility and maturity in working with your team members.- Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM

- High School graduate with 1-2 years warehousing experience.
