La Petite Academy of Waukesha is hiring teachers with flexible schedules

**We have a position that will ensure work life balance Choose from one of our three offerings**:

- 24 hours or less per week - Just looking to work two or three days a week or maybe a few hours a day? We can do that
- 24-31 hours per week - Would short shifts fit your lifestyle? Let’s talk
- 32-40 hours per week
- Need a full-time position with benefits? These employees earn benefits, including IMMEDIATE health insurance on day one, paid time off, and paid holidays Pay for Lead qualified Teachers is up to $17 per hour

**As a Teacher, you’ll**:

- Create fun, interactive learning experiences while serving as a mentor to fellow Teachers.
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care.
- Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure a safe environment for every child.
- Communicate and build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

**We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have**:

- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- CDA or minimum of 12 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or related field required for Lead positions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and additional center requirements.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Compensation ($14-19) based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
- Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees
- Limited medical offered for part-time workers
- Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
