**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently transport cannabis products from our distribution center to customer locations, following designated delivery routes.
- Verify orders and ensure accurate product quantities and varieties before departure.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering orders promptly and professionally, answering customer questions, and offering product education.
- Maintain accurate records of each delivery, including signatures, dates, and times.
- Adhere to all state regulations and company policies related to cannabis transportation, ensuring compliance and safety.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, providing change and receipts as needed.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, ensuring products are securely stored during transportation.
- Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure accurate inventory management and proper order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team, providing updates on delivery progress and any delays.
- When not traveling, provide support to the warehouse team by assisting with order fulfilment, conducting cycle counts, and performing general warehouse support duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Prior experience as a delivery driver, preferably in the cannabis industry or a regulated sector.
- Knowledge of California's cannabis regulations, particularly those related to transportation and distribution.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and positively with customers.
- Detail-oriented and responsible, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and ethically.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and the ability to provide basic product education to customers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and navigate traffic challenges effectively.
- Possess a high level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items and packages as needed.
