**Duties**:

- Provide technical sales support to customers, including product demonstrations and presentations
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop solutions
- Conduct in-depth technical discussions with customers to understand their requirements
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of our products
- Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and best practices
- Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product improvements and new feature requests
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Linux, computer networking, and Python programming

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in technical sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience conducting product demonstrations and delivering technical presentations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
