The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and/or development processes. Experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree 5 yrs relevant years experience with a degree 7 yrs relevant years’ experience without a degree
- Design, implement, and improve company quality standards.
- Analyze data in order to find areas for growth.
- Assist in the recruiting process.
- Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.
- Create reports to track progress
- Reviews and validates requirements and technical specifications
- Develops and executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer feedback and prioritization
- Documents results; offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality
- Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing)
- Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization
- Supports, designs, develops, and enhances test processes and reporting for QA processes
- Manages testing efforts across many varied projects and tasks under tight deadlines
- Mentors and provides training assistance to QA Engineers
- Bachelor's Level Degree
