**WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU**

This is an exciting entry level position and an opportunity to join a great company that values its loyal employees. Your hospitality and people skills are key attributes that will ensure your success in this role.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers.
- Fix and organize sales lot.
- Explaining features and benefits.
- Take photos of the new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Edit and upload photos to sites.
- Fill pre-owned vehicles and new vehicles with gas.
- Assist the Sales Department on a daily basis.

Once the sale is completed by your role as the Delivery Coordinator will ensure that the customer begins their ownership experience with full knowledge of the vehicle's operation.

Additional Responsibilities include:

- Making sure the vehicle has been properly cleaned and accessories installed prior to delivery.
- Programming of personalized settings such as Bluetooth, media and navigation devices.
- Explain and demonstrate features and technologies.
- Setting up second delivery or follow up on all vehicle system operations.
- Assisting Sales with Nissan Corporate requirements.
- Maintaining a consistent follow-up system on sold customers.
- Arranging transportation of sold vehicle to a customer's home, if needed.
- Keeping inventory updated with good photos and correct product descriptions.

Qualifications:

- Experience desired: A minimum of 1 year in position of Customer Service or similar positions in Automotive, Retails, or Hospitality industries.
- Current Driver's License with clean Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
