**Outreach** is hiring a **Part-time Payroll Assistant **at **Outreach Central Office** **to provide focused support to payroll processing and records management. This position will be a member of the 5-person HR Team and scheduled for 20 hours a week.

- Responsibilities:_
- The Part-time Payroll Assistant will support payroll processing twice a month, including timecard review, PTO review, data entry, and pay calculations.
- The Part-time Payroll Assistant will support check processing and distribution, HRIS system data entry, employee status tracking, and employment and internship experience verification as needed.
- The Payroll Assistant will also support records management, including file creation and maintenance, audit support, and file organization.
- The Payroll Assistant will monitor department supplies, make purchases as needed, and provide event support.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday from 10 am - 2:30 pm with a half-hour lunch. Hours may increase to support department led events.
- Qualifications:_
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook with some database experience.
- High integrity with the ability to process sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail, high numerical accuracy, and project management skills.
- Efficient work style with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- A commitment to Outreach’s Statement of Mission and Faith.
