**Job Title: Production Floater/ Warehouse worker**
**Job Location : Northampton, MA 01060**
**Job Duration : 5+ Months with Extension**
**Shift: Mon to Fri; 6:00 AM - 2.30 PM**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Work Safely
- Participate in the Saint-Gobain WCM program (Continuous Improvement)
- Load proper finished materials based off packing lists provided by Production Planner
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper labelling to jars, boxes, pallets etc.
- Ensure excess finished good are returned to proper storage area.
- Perform weekly checks to maintain proper packaging material inventory.
- Operate a forklift to move pallets of raw materials, totes filled with powder, etc.
- Will need to operate equipment at elevated heights occasionally (ladders/platforms)
- Pack finished goods to be shipped including strapping and shrink wrapping.
- Load/unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain work areas and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High School Diploma/GED/equivalent
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility preferred.
- Team player
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
- Reliable transportation to/from work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
