Services under this Position:
Personal Supports (PS), Respite Care (RC) and Life Skills Development - Level 1 (LSD1)

**Responsibilities**:
Central Florida Care Group Inc. provides services to children and adults with developmental disabilities, such as but not limited to:

- Assisting with ADL's;
- provides personal care (assisting consumer with bathing, toileting and oral care).
- one-on-one interactions for teaching and mentoring, feeding, homework, helping with
- individual life skills for a brighter future.
- Ensuring safety and happiness for our consumers.
- Modeling appropriate behavior at all times.
- Administering medication. (if necessary)
- Transporting consumers to medical appointments.
- Provide positive social and leisure interaction daily.
- Behavior interventions.

**Responsibilities**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year experience in related field
- Level 2 background check (Federal)
- Local background check (State)
- Must pass physical and drug test (CFCG is a alcohol and drug free company)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Position will demand frequent bending, standing, walking,sitting, reaching, lifting or carrying.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have valid Florida driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record
- Good communication skills
- Motivational skills
- Strong work ethic
- Bilingual a plus but not required (Spanish speaker)

Training and Certifications:

- CPR and First Aide- HIV and AIDS- Infection control- Zero Tolerance- HIPAA Training- Core Competency
- Medication Administration/Validation
- and other certifications
