**Summary of job contents**:
**Key accountabilities**:
- Monitor payment performance of assigned customers and review aging report
- Research and reconcile all past due items and present to customer for payment or resolution
- Full collection efforts on assigned accounts in past due status
- Evaluate and release pending orders
- Research and reconcile all chargebacks and deductions for validity or disputes
- Process all portal invoices manually and review status as needed
- Credit and debit review and creation
- Provide backup for all customer accounts as necessary
- Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as required

**Core dimensions**:

- Contacts customers in an effort to collect past due funds.
- Excellent Communication skills required.
- SAP experience
- Excel proficiency

**Knowledge/skills/experience**:

- College Degree
- Minimum 3-5 Years Credit/Collection background. Proficiency in Microsoft EXCEL
- Computer Literate
- English Language

**Salary Range**: $65,000-$75,000
