**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Answer Phones**: Manage incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate staff, and take messages as needed.
**Guest Services**: Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers, including answering inquiries about the organization and its services.
**Scheduling**: Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meeting rooms.
**Administrative Support**: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and maintaining office supplies.
**Mail Management**: Sort and distribute incoming mail, and handle outgoing mail and packages.
**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate visitor logs and other records as required.
**Assist Staff**: Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including document preparation and managing correspondence.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
