We're looking for a VP Americas to join our team in New York as part of our Leadership function.

Your Role: As the VP Americas you will be the face of WARC in the US, presenting at key events and networking with valued partners and clients. You will direct revenue, marketing, and content teams by working with US-based senior managers, scoping potential new partnerships, setting budgets and targets, and ensuring the US region hits its revenue numbers.

You will be hands-on and detail-oriented, a great collaborator, and a naturally passionate and enthusiastic individual with great people skills and excellent communication. You should enjoy and be motivated by the challenge of juggling multiple projects. During a typical week in this role, you may join the sales team on a call, you may work with marketing on a brand or performance campaign to ensure our messaging resonates with the US audience or you may work with the content team to inform on priorities for clients, partners and prospects.

You will report to the Global Managing Director, who is based in London and with the wider WARC Executive team, also predominantly London-based.

Key Responsibilities- Be the top advocate of WARC in the US, elevating marketing's ability to deliver business results and articulating how WARC helps brands, agencies and platforms do that through its suite of products - subscriptions, learning programs and advisory services.- Network with the most senior marketing and agency leaders, speaking on stages and acting as a direct link from our audience to our marketing, revenue, and content teams.- As the most senior WARC Exec in the region, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the US business. You will work with the leadership of the US revenue, marketing and content functions to develop and lead an integrated plan for the region - helping to define priorities and how to deliver on those goals.- You will work closely with the leadership of these functions and other members of the WARC executive team to ensure that the US regional team is operating at optimum levels.- You will be responsible for building relationships with our network of partners within the region - identifying ways that we can work with these key organizations in greater depth to drive revenue and collaboration opportunities.- Represent LIONS brands at external events, including the Cannes Lions International Festival for Creativity, as well as collaborate with executive leadership from both LIONS and Contagious on key growth initiatives for the region- You are an advocate and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion- You are a connector, working hard to ensure people and projects are not inadvertently siloed or silenced

Your Experience- Proven track record of success in business development, strategy, and leadership roles.- Strong understanding of the marketing & advertising landscape and industry trends.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Proven ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.- Able to direct, set the agenda, and navigate complex internal structures and stakeholders- Effective influencer who is able to persuade at all levels- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, strong social skills, analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong business development skills with an ability to bring opportunities to life.- Experience working in and getting results in a collaborative environment, building relationships and influencing key partners, demonstrating ability to get results through collaboration- Able to prioritize, avoid distractions and accelerate and support growth driving initiatives- Clear, decisive and consistent and always provide sound reasoning
