Marketing Specialist

The Mental Wellness Center, Inc. is a leading outpatient mental health group specializing in insurance-based services. We are dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care to our community. **Responsibilities**:

- Deliver marketing baskets to local referral sources to promote our services and establish partnerships.
- Handle wellness shows in person, representing our organization and showcasing our services to potential clients.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok currently), including content creation (Video, Written, Canva Graphics, etc), repurposing content, posting, and engagement to enhance our online presence and attract new clients.
- Develop and distribute monthly newsletters to our client base, providing valuable insights and updates about our services and mental health resources.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of organic marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
- Proactively bring in clients by coordinating marketing efforts during the onboarding process of new clinicians and contributing to finding clients for existing clinician waitlists.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong background in marketing with a focus on SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, and advertising sales
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience in digital marketing and content marketing
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and marketing automation tools
- Experience in performance marketing, e-commerce, and WordPress
- Familiarity with HTML5, research, and copywriting
- Ability to manage Facebook advertising, sales, and product management
- Skills in budgeting and a proactive approach to marketing strategies

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
