Job Title: Flagger

**MUST have CERTIFIED FLAGGER CERTIFICATION**

Overview:
Join our team as a Flagger and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of construction site operations. As a Flagger, you will be responsible for directing traffic, signaling equipment operators, and maintaining a safe work environment for all personnel on site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Directing traffic flow to ensure the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists
- Communicating effectively with construction team members to coordinate traffic movement
- Setting up and maintaining work zones with proper signage and cones
- Assisting in the operation of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, graders, and backhoes
- Conducting utility locating to prevent damage during construction activities
- Collaborating with equipment operators to pave and build according to project requirements
- Operating Caterpillar machinery as needed on the construction site
- Ensuring compliance with state and company safety regulations at all times

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in flagging or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation including grader, loader, backhoe, and Caterpillar machinery
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
- Knowledge of utility locating procedures and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
