Front Desk Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, both in person and over the phone.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information accurately.
- Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support other team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong computor, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and experience with EHR office software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information.
- Previous experience in a medical or optometry office preferred but not required.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
