**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondence
- Answer and field incoming phone calls and clients
- Assist attorneys in preparing for meetings, hearings, and trials
- Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars
- Maintain electronic and physical files as needed
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
This is a part-time position as we are currently offering approximately 16-24 hours a week.
