Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational transformation, business growth, and long-term talent sustainability.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive change management, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to support rapid team expansion and build a robust talent pipeline across manufacturing, engineering and corporate functions.
  • Provide data-driven compensation benchmarking and design competitive incentive programs to attract top talent and retain key employees.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture that blends legacy strengths with innovation and agility.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement programs to foster trust, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal and state labor laws. Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and HRIS systems.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between the U.S. team and Taiwan headquarters, facilitating effective communication, alignment of HR practices, and cultural integration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work across cultures and time zones.
