In this roving maintenance position, you will have a unique opportunity to work at different communities, getting to know the region's portfolio. - FridayGreat to haves:Prior experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovationTrade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, and groundskeepingCompensationThe compensation range for this role is $23
- $27 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
