Day to Day
The Sr. Partner of Global HSE Audits and Programs assists in designing, building, and executes a comprehensive corporate audit framework tailored for a global technology and digital operations environment. Working directly for the Sr. Manager of Global HSE, this role transitions the organization from localized safety compliance to a unified, proactive global governance model. You will serve as the central architect for all internal and external health, safety, and environmental assessments across our international office portfolio.
The day-to-day focus centers on assisting the HSE Team in standing up the global audit program in collaboration with business partners within VelocityEHS, establishing repeatable audit schedules, and tracking corrective action plans through to closure. You will effectively leverage Enhesa to track regional regulatory changes and ensure audit checklists stay ahead of local requirements. This role balances rigorous data analysis with cross-functional relationship building, requiring excellent communication skills and close partnership with regional workplace managers and the broader HSE team across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to ensure compliance is integrated into daily business operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in building and scaling a global HSE audit program with HSE Team and Business Partners, using VelocityEHS to manage standardized protocols, annual schedules, and reporting templates.
Team member for HSE compliance and management system audits across international sites in the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Leverage technology to accomplish audit requirements in a remote work climate. Up to 30% travel as required for management of assigned duties.
Track corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans through VelocityEHS, partnering with local facilities teams to ensure timely hazard mitigation.
Monitor international regulatory updates using Enhesa, translating changing laws into actionable audit criteria.
Collaborate with the global and HSE team to integrate audit findings into broader training initiatives and policy updates.
Analyze regional audit data to identify systemic compliance trends, assist in the development and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to the HSE Sr. Manager for senior leadership.
Skills/Competencies
Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or a minimum of 5 years with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
Formal credentialing as a Lead Auditor is required for this role.
Proven experience auditing across multiple international regions including AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
Regulatory Intelligence: Expertise in leveraging monitoring technology to, interpret, and apply shifting regulatory requirements across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
Global Audit Execution: Mastery of international HSE auditing methodologies, corporate risk frameworks, and multi-regional compliance standards.
Program Architecture: Proven knowledge of building global compliance governance structures, risk registers, and accountability loops.
CAPA Management: Demonstrated proficiency in root-cause analysis, verifying mitigation effectiveness, and driving accountability for closure deadlines.
Cross-Cultural Communication: Exceptional diplomacy and communication skills to successfully collaborate with diverse regional business partners
Salary Range Transparency
Tier 1 - United States of America 74,000 - 112,000 USD per year
Tier 2 - United States of America 82,000 - 122,000 USD per year
