We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.
If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don’t bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay. However, the earning potential is much higherAbout the RoleAs a Southern Star Starlink Technician, you'll install and service Starlink, the high-speed satellite internet connecting homes across rural and underserved communities. You'll do more than install equipment. You'll be a technology ambassador who gets customers online and shows them how to make the most of their new service.

RequirementsTechnical
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to climb ladders up to 38 ft and work in crawl spaces.
Travel: Willing to travel up to 20% of the time. Lodging and per diem are covered by SSI.
Communication: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Sales: Offer customers additional products and services during installs.
Time Management: Strong time management skills.
Clear background check, drug screen, and Motor Vehicle Record.
