Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) to provide services in Monroe County, PA.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.
- Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings using evidence‑based practices.
- Provide clinical supervision to BHT or RBT workers.
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school and community settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect data during each session with the client.
- Reduce challenging behaviors—aggression, property destruction, tantrums, etc.
- Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
- Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.
- Model appropriate behaviors.
- Offer clinical support to direct care staff.
- Implement consequences relating to appropriate and inappropriate behavior.
- Coordinate communication with other supporting agencies.
- Exchange information clearly and concisely with relevant parties.
- Complete and submit all paperwork, including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans and assessments in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills
- BACB certification in good standing.
- Behavior Specialist License required.
- Master's degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field with one year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- One year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).
Salary
W2 employees $60 per hour. Matrix covers up to 84% of your health premium. Matrix provides a company-sponsored 401(k) plan. Two weeks paid time off at your main billable rate even for part‑time positions. Performance bonuses.

Tuition Reduction
Matrix offers tuition reduction opportunities for staff levels and their families. Rates vary by institution. For example, 10%, 20%, up to 50% reduction at Capella University, Chicago School of Psychology and Purdue Global.

Relevant: 1 year (required).
Education
Master's degree (required).
Certifications and Licenses
- BCBA
- One of the following licenses: BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC or Licensed Psychologist

Staff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances). Must also complete the NSOR verification and an active mandated reporting certificate (Act 31).
