Welcome to the Regulatory team within R&D in Lund*Your future teamYou'll become part of our Regulatory team within R&D in Lund – a group of seven experienced and knowledgeable colleagues who together play a crucial role in enabling Axis hardware products to reach markets globally. The team is the hub that our R&D projects and colleagues worldwide turn to when it comes to certification and regulatory requirements for our hardware products. What you'll do
here as Regulatory Engineer R&DAs a Regulatory Engineer R&D, your main task is to support our R&D projects with knowledge around the certification of our hardware products. The projects teams are responsible for scheduling and coordination, while you act as their regulatory anchor. You help the projects understand the requirement frameworks, provide regulatory support during external testing, and ensure that all documentation is handled correctly for global market access.
In this role, you will:
* Support to R&D projects: Assist the projects with knowledge regarding regulatory requirements according to LVD, EMC, RED and equivalent requirements in other countries.
* Regulatory support toward test houses: Act as the projects' regulatory support in the dialogue with external test houses.
* Global Market Access & certification support: Contribute regulatory knowledge for global certifications and handle the documentation required for international market access.
* Global support within Axis: Answer questions from Axis' global organization regarding products' certification status and regulatory conditions in different markets.
* Administration: Ensure that the project's regulatory deliverables (test reports, certificates, Declaration of Conformity) are uploaded to the correct databases and that all documentation is complete ahead of launch.Who we are looking forWe're looking for a thorough and structured team player who thrives in a supportive role and is motivated by making others successful. You have an eye for detail and find satisfaction in making sure the documentation is complete and in the right place – even when supporting several projects at the same time. You are analytical, enjoy digging deep into directives and standards, and find it easy to collaborate with colleagues around the world.We'd love to hear that you have/are:* Good knowledge of regulations such as LVD, EMC and RED, as well as equivalent global requirements.
* Experienced within the area of regulatory compliance and certification.
