Retrieves PLC programming information, evaluate, and makes adjustmentsControl and adjust machine settingsEnsures adherence to quality standardsWill be responsible for daily production records and quality control records for any and all lines assigned to operateAnswer machine alarms as they occur and address the root cause.
Coordinate process operations to ensure efficiency, including, communicate with production personnelMust be able to keep up to date on process alterations and general procedures by reading logs, special procedures and posted noticesResponsible for housekeeping & maintaining a clean work areaTroubleshoot, preventative maintenance and minor repair on blow mold and support equipmentPerform daily set up and bottle size changeovers on all equipment1st Shift (Monday
