Most projects include industrial automation systems, robots (6 axis, SCARA, collaborative, gantry), machine vision (cameras, lighting, and programming), motion control (including actuators, motors, pneumatics), sensors, encoders, real time operating systems, and data acquisition systems (IoT)Support programming, test, and troubleshooting of UL508A industrial automation systems (PLCs, HMI’s, cabinet hardware, VFD’s, starters, I/O, ladder logic) with oversight from customer Engineering team and Mechatronics Engineer.
Set up Machines (Calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.
Ensure the machines are regularly checked and cleaned.
Monitor and control the machine performance and settings.
Inspect machinery with appropriate tools.
Feed raw materials into semi-automated machines and help the assembly line.
Identify, troubleshoot, and fix any issues or malfunctions that may occur.
Check the output of the machines and identify any issues.
Inspect the specification of the product during production process.
