The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Real Estate Development and Finance Lead for the RFP-associated opportunity Development Partner for Carolina North development at UNC Chapel Hill. This role closes a verified SOW/RTM delivery-coverage gap and owns the workstream described below.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop partnership, phasing, financing, market, revenue, risk, governance, and implementation strategies for Carolina North.
- Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
- Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
- Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
- Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
- Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience performing Real Estate Development and Finance Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
- Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
- Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
