Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to ensure the facility remains safe and functionalConduct routine inspections of equipment, electrical systems, and plumbing to identify potential issues and prevent breakdownsTroubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed to minimize downtime and maintain facility operationsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspectionsCollaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective maintenance of facilitiesPerform other related duties as assignedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in facilities maintenance or related field preferredAbility to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders and stairs as neededStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWhy Choose Harbor Village Rehabilitation & Nursing Center?Community-focused: We believe that the people who care for our residents are our most valuable assets.
